How can you know your money is being correctly
administered?
The administration area is in charge of faithfully
administering all of the resources that have
been provided for Amextra and of providing exact
and transparent accountability records. The
office’s main functions are the following: fiscal
accounting records, monthly financial statements
and inventory records for each program and/or
project, internal accountability controls, income
and spending reports for each donation, annual
budget according to proposals and donor agreements,
monthly donation records, national and international
tax deductible donation receipts, and abidance
of all fiscal obligations.
